Memorialize your loved one or send a Message of Gratitude to a member of their care team by purchasing an entry on the Video Memory Wall at Party at the Plaza. Memorials and Messages of Gratitude will be shown on the jumbo video wall next to the main stage throughout Party at the Plaza on April 27^th. We hope you’ll take this opportunity to share your loved one’s memory or thank a member of the team that has served your family while in Arkansas Hospice care.

• A text-only Message of Gratitude is available with a $20 donation to Arkansas Hospice Foundation. Example: With Gratitude to Jane S, Hot Springs, for your compassionate care, from the Smith Family

• A video Memorial message is available with a $50 donation to Arkansas Hospice Foundation Video instructions will be sent to you via email following your donation.
