A sweet way to increase CAHPS scores

Each month, as an area or location clinical manager, you will be provided a themed candy giveaway as a reminder of an area where we work together to improve care and increase our CAHPS scores. Here’s the methodology:

• Watch for an email from Deanna May on our around second Friday of each month, introducing the theme for the next month’s focus.
• The email will contain a link to this webpage, which will be updated for the next monthly theme.
• Complete the order form below each month for the appropriate quantity of stickers and clear bags to be ordered and delivered directly to your location.
• Go and purchase locally an appropriate amount of “fun size” or small individual candies that match the month’s theme. Apply the stickers to the bags you receive, them fill them with the matching candy or treat you purchased.
• Distribute to your clinical team with a “sweet” pep talk to get them engaged and on board with the theme and action.
• This webpage will also be available through the employee website, by clicking on the OWL U Training and Education tab.
