Arkansas Hospice presents 2nd Annual Party at the Plaza

North Little Rock, Ark. (April 5, 2023) – Party at the Plaza benefiting Arkansas Hospice will return to the Argenta Plaza on Main Street in North Little Rock on Saturday, April 22. The event will run from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Admission is free, and donations to support the mission of Arkansas Hospice are welcomed.

Now in its second year, Party at the Plaza will be a community-oriented celebration of music, art, food, and family fun. New to the event this year is the addition of a variety of food trucks, an expanded Kid-Zone, a “Care Fair” featuring community health information resources, along with a return of free concerts through the afternoon and evening with multiple local, regional, and national acts. Additional attractions will include the Artists on the Avenue market, family-friendly activities, and the second annual Compass Award honoring Arkansas Hospice Co-Founder Dee Brazil-Dale.

Back for a second year, Party at the Plaza benefiting Arkansas Hospice adds food trucks with last year’s favorite events returning.

The Argenta Plaza Mainstage will be the center of activity with concerts headlined by the Grammy-Award winning Rebirth Brass Band. Also scheduled to appear are Lagniappe, presented by Bill Birch Cadence Insurance; The Dizzy 7, presented by Ray and Leslye Shellam; The Rocktown Sparks; The Shannon Boshears Band, presented by Complia Health; and Silas Carpenter.

Grammy Award Winning act Rebirth Brass Band will bring their Jazz straight from New Orleans to heading this year’s Main Stage concert.

The Artists on the Avenue market will showcase regional visual artists and artisans with works available for purchase from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Children’s and family-friendly activities will run from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This event is very much a celebration of life and the things that bring meaning to us.”
